I absolutely love these beautiful leather collars for our dogs. The quality is amazing and I love the addition of the name plates, meaning we don't need to worry about this important information falling off / unclipping from the collar. Their attention to detail is also incredible. I had accidentally ordered the wrong size for our border terrier and they noticed this and sent me an email to double check this was correct and recommended getting a larger size. I also accidentally spelt the dogs name wrong, which they also picked up on and double checked with me. These small but big things I truely appreciated. I also learnt my lesson of not doing this late at night!!

It took me FAR too long to choose a collar style and color combination but I am so happy with the outcome! I even messed up my color option on the order and I immediately reached out and they fixed it no problem. Came pretty quickly from NZ to CA, USA. (About 2 weeks) Brass/gold hardware is beautiful, the colors are vibrant/eye catching and the biothane material is great for cleaning and reapplying to my slightly messy border collie/aussie girl. I chose orchid and dusty turquoise with the strap in mandarin. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Now my dog can’t lose her hanging dog tag anymore. The 1/2in lead handle is a bit narrow for my arthritic fingers / hand so Helen will kindly replace with a 3/4in handle. This should work perfectly and last both the dog and myself a very, very long time. Thank you Kinfolk!
