Shipping & Delivery Information

Christmas delivery dates are now live. To give your parcel the best chance of arriving in time, please place international orders by 30 November, and New Zealand orders by 14 December. All items are handmade in our workshop, so ordering early is always appreciated – it helps us keep everything running smoothly during the busiest time of year. We ship our handcrafted leather goods worldwide, bringing joy to pets and their people across the globe.

Complimentary Shipping

New Zealand: We cover shipping on orders over $150. For orders below $150 a delivery fee applies:
$6 - Urban delivery
$12- Rural delivery

Australia*: We cover shipping on orders over $200. For orders below $200 a delivery fee of $15 applies.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries. Delivery times vary based on destination. The shipping charge varies, from NZ$27 (approx. US$16 / GBP12).

*Your package will be handled by the local carrier once it has arrived in the destination country.

Taxes, Duties & Import Fees

For most destinations, the shipping cost does not include customs duties and/or taxes, which may apply on arrival. For more information on customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office.

For orders to the USA, we use a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) courier service – this means all duties and taxes are already included in the shipping cost, and you will not be charged any additional import fees.

Order Processing

We handcraft our custom leather goods to order - please allow 1-2 weeks for your order* to be completed. We try very hard to process orders as quickly as possible but timeframes can fluctuate during busy periods.

You will receive an email once your parcel has been dispatched. We usually keep our leather and hardware well stocked but sometimes we are caught out waiting on a delivery, we will let you know if there is likely to be a longer delay for your order.

*We can, in some cases, meet an earlier deadline - please contact us if you need your item by a particular date.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
